JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Harvest crops and seedlings as part of seasonal farming operations
2. Clean produce to meet quality standards
3. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors (training provided)
4. Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods
5. Follow farm safety procedures and hygiene protocols
6. Assist with general farm duties as assigned by supervisors
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
8. Work efficiently in dusty and noisy conditions
9. Participate in team-based farming activities and daily routines

Skills & Knowledge:

1. No educational qualifications or prior experienceneeded
2. Willingness to work in remote and rural areas
3. Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments
4. Able to handlephysically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads
